I look forward to you joining me. I was born in Dover and have always lived in the area. In 2001 I became the youngest volunteer at the Gateway Hospital Broadcasting Service in Dover's Buckland Hospital. I started presenting "Terry's All Gold Show" there in 2002. In 2004 I joined C4 Radio and then the CSR FM trial and CSR 97.4FM in Canterbury. During this time I was a student at Canterbury Christ Church University and Terry's All Gold won best show format at the first ever CSR FM awards. In 2010 I was involved with Think FM in New Romney and became one of the founder members of Dover Community Radio (DCR) which was initially a podcasting service and then the online service started in 2011 and that is when I started Terry's All Gold Show again. In 2013 I had to takea break in broadcasting returning to DCR in 2022 when 'Terry's All Gold Show" celebrated 20 years since the first ever show. I have also been involved with BRFM in Sheppey and worked behind the scenes at BBC Radio Kent. At university I specialised in radio working on a variety of projects including a audio tourism guide for Dover. I have also been involved with a variety of local organisations and have worked in the freight and Local Government sectors. Outside of radio I have interests in music, walking, photography, reading, history and wildlife watching as well as spending time with my wife Emma. I am passionate about the Dover community and radio and hope this comes across on my radio shows where I love to promote local groups, news and events.
