Dover Remembers – A 40th

Anniversary Memorial Concert

On 6 March 2027, we mark 40 years

since the Herald of Free Enterprise disaster, which

claimed 193 lives and profoundly affected Dover and beyond.

Dover Remembers brings our

community together through music to honour those lost, remember

those affected and celebrate the courage and compassion shown in

the aftermath.

This special fundraising concert at

Dover Town Hall (Maison Dieu) features Sound Waves and local

musicians, conducted by Peter Futcher.

Tickets are £10, with proceeds

supporting Kent Workplace Mission and Sailors’ Society. Supported

by Dover Town Council, the concert offers an opportunity for

reflection, remembrance and hope.
