SOUL TIME - Northern Soul at the Astor

As part of Deal Film Festival, I'm hosting a night of soulful sounds at the amazing Astor Theatre right in the heart of Deal town.

With its huge auditorium and wooden dance floor this is an ideal venue for the towns first proper celebration of Northern Soul!

The early evening screening of "Northern Soul" (2014) has now SOLD OUT, but there are still some tickets left for the Northern Soul DJ and dance event which starts from 9pm.

I'll be playing Northern Soul stompers and floorshakers from the vaults, hits and rarities - this will be a wonderful introduction to anyone new to the scene and those who are familiar with the songs that created the movement back in the 1970's.

This is all about the music and the emotion it evokes. Some originals, some reissues, but all vinyl, all night, played with passion.

This is a night for everyone to enjoy this amazing music in an amazing venue. Good vibes only.

I hope to see you on the dancefloor!
