Nicky B
The Classic Top 20's Chart Show
Well… where do we start? For Nicky B, it all began in the 80s on hospital radio — the place where he first caught the broadcasting bug. A lucky break soon followed, working on OBs for London’s Capital Radio, and from there he spent years travelling the country, jumping between studios, doing on‑air shifts for major stations, and loving every chaotic, brilliant minute of it.
Today, I am right here — hosting The Rewind Chart Show, counting down classic Top 20s and reliving the years when the charts truly mattered. Nicky brings the stories, the nostalgia, and the cheeky humour that’s been part of his radio DNA since day one. And yes… I am still loving every single bit of it.
You can hear Nicky B on DCRFM throughout the week. Check our schedule for upcoming shows.
